Following last year’s tradition, I am happy to share some news on the forthcoming vendor-independent Budapest BI Forum to be hold between the 25th and 27th of November in Hungary.

Beside learning about conventional business intelligence topics, there will be plenty of opportunities to master your R, open data and open analytics skills. In more details, the following sections are planned so far:
  • Data Visualization
  • Dashboards
  • Self-service BI
  • Analytics with spreadsheets
  • Processing data with Python and R
  • Open Data and Open source BI tools
  • Social media analytics
  • Machine learning
I have highlighted a few topics where I would like to see more and more R talks this year! For this end, please be sure to submit a talk or poster at the Call for Papers until the 21th of September, and get a free conference ticket, meals and optional travel subsidy.

See you at the Budapest BI Forum in November!
