Update to Fantasy Football Draft Optimizer shiny app

By popular demand, I updated the Fantasy Football Draft Optimizer shiny app with two changes:

  1. The app now takes into account how many teams are in your league when estimating players’ projected costs.
  2. I uploaded the new projections from FantasyPros.  The projections are now up to date for those about to have their league drafts.
