anytime is a very focused package aiming to do just one thing really well: to convert anything in integer, numeric, character, factor, ordered, … format to either POSIXct or Date objects — and to do so without requiring a format string. This releases addresses an annoying bug related to British TZ settings and the particular impact of a change in 1971, and generalizes input formats to accept integer or numeric format in two specific ranges. Details follow below:
