Did you know there is a direct link to stress and health? It can be mental health or even physical health. There are many common ailments that can be prevented by living a relatively stress free life and the following article will give you some solid advice on how to start living that life today. When you are feeling overwhelmed and are dealing with a great deal of stress, it is important to learn how to breathe. Stress is most common with fears, sadness and anger. When you feel any of these emotions, breathe and imagine you are breathing the emotions out of you. Awareness of what triggers stress is the first step to tackling it and breathing will ground you in the moment and make you aware of what you are feeling. Never leave a project or paper that you wrote for school unfinished. This will weigh on your mind and add additional qualms that you do not need.
